If you ask me which oil is my favorite, it truly is a very difficult question. I love them all for different reasons. However, if I was to choose my top 5 favorite, here is my list and the reasons why.
Balance - This was my gateway oil which started me on this journey. It is called the grounding blend and boy do I need daily grounding. It is the first oil I reach for in the mornings. I apply to the bottom of my big toes as they are the brain connection in reflexology. Its aroma helps me center myself. It helps keep my emotions in check throughout the day.
Breathe - This is the respiratory blend. When I connect with my breathing it helps bring things into perspective. I use Breathe during anxious moments. I simply add a drop or two to the palm of my hands, rub them together and breathe the aroma. I immediately concentrate on my breathing and emotions begin to settle and I feel in control. I also like to use it at night in the diffuser along with my other favorite blend, Serenity.
Serenity is our restful blend and who can use more quality sleep... me! I place a few drops in the diffuser to help with getting into my sleep mode.
Frankincense - The King of Oils! Excellent to support our emotions, cells and healthy skin. I always say, when in doubt on what oil to use, just use Frankincense.
Eucalyptus - When I mix Eucalyptus and Lime in my diffuser I am transported to a beautiful relaxing spa in the comfort of my home. Eucalyptus has some amazing benefits but my favorite is its relaxing aroma along with its respiratory supportive properties.
